The sun was hot and the stars were even hotter at the BET Awards 2015 on Sunday. Before the main event, rappers, singers, athletes, and actors showed out on the red carpet at L.A.’s Microsoft Theater. Chris Brown, Zendaya,Dej Loaf, Lil kim, Machine Gun Kelly, gospel artist Michelle Williams and many more have arrived at the red carpet.
This year’s performers include Nicki Minaj (who leads the nominees list alongside Chris Brown—also performing tonight— with eight nods each), Ne-Yo, Alicia Keys, The Weeknd and many, many more. Ciara, Tinashe and Jason Derulo will take to the stage as a trio for one of tonight’s biggest tributes—belonging this year to Janet Jackson, who is being honored with the Ultimate Icon award.
