Jake’s new single, Pieces of Me, promises to be the best work of his 10-year career and it doesn’t fail to deliver. Featuring incredible singer and childhood friend of Jake’s, Kelly Jenns, the song has a catchy piano tune, smooth raps and flawless lyrics that are typical of Aldridge’s style. Together with Kelly’s melodic overtones, this track makes for a clean and modern RnB meets Hip Hop sound.
He commented: “I think this may be my best work yet. I was over the moon to have Kelly involved. She was such a huge part of my life when I was growing up and for us to re-unite in this way, really was incredible. Producer Johann Elliott did an amazing job and since this was a first-time collaboration for us, communicating between the UK & California, we’re overwhelmed with the result.”
