On Thursday (Feb. 12), Toronto’s Mayor John Tory presented Drake with the Key to the City in the rapper’s hometown.
“This is one of the greatest moments of my life, if not the greatest,” Drizzy said. “We have something extremely special in this place. I will never stop loving this city. I will never stop representing this city.”
The key ceremony took place just before the “Summer Sixteen” MC coached his team to victory over Kevin Hart’s squad in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
“If we’re talking city versus city, it’s been a tough year for you,” Drizzy told the Ride Along 2star. Some felt that was yet another jab at another Philly star: Drake’s foe, Meek Mill.
