The family of late Bobbi Kristina claim Nick Gordon gave her a “toxic cocktail” and then put her face down in a bath of cold water.
In additional claims added to the lawsuit filed on Jun 24 against him,they accuse Nick Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from Bobbi Kristina’s account into his own without permission..
It alleges that around 6am on January 31 Gordon returned after “being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge.”They claim the couple got into a heated argument starting in the living and moving to the upstairs bedroom.
The lawsuit also alleges Gordon,allegedly accused Bobbi Kristina of cheating and called her a number of names.The dispute lasted about 30 minutes and then “everything abruptly became quiet.” The family’s lawsuit claims that Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”
