Special cloth alert! DJ Khaled has unveiled the cover art for his upcoming album Major Key. The vibrant artwork, photographed by Jonathan Mannion, shows the Snapchat King sitting in a throne in a field of flowers alongside a real life lion.
He revealed it in grand fashion on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” show on Thursday night.
“The album cover is 100 percent authentic, what I represent, from my spiritual vibes to my beliefs and a certain energy that I keep around me—positivity, but at the same time, as a king,” explained Khaled, adding, “I wanted the cover to be iconic, but at the same time, a message and it’s just powerful.”
Major Key, the follow-up to last year’s I Changed a Lot, has already spawned the Drake-assisted single “For Free.” He also recently shot an epic video for his Jay Z and Future collaboration, “I Got the Keys.”
Other expected guests include Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Rick Ross, Kanye West, and Bryson Tiller.
