Kanye West has been sued by a Hungarian composer named Gabor Presser over theft of his ‘New Slaves’ song off Kanye’s Yeezus album dropped in 2013.
The composer has filed $2.5 million lawsuit against Kanye.
According to some documents obtained by TMZ, Presser said that ‘Ye did contact him and ask for his permission to feature “Gyongyhaju Lany” on the 2013 song. The composer agreed believing that a formal deal would be arranged later between them later on.
Presser ever since hasn’t received any cash from Kanye West apart from a $10,000 advance check which he never cashed. He’s however now demanding $2.5 million in damages.
