‘Maga Don Pay‘ crooner, Kelly Hansome, has hit out at detractors who label him a failed artiste, saying the industry is full of ‘fakes’ who don’t support real music.
The singer who hasn’t replicated the success of his debut single, says he refuses to sell-out all in the name of success, using the medium to also attack promoters who don’t support his music.
Kelly shared his thoughts and dissatisfaction with the going-ons in the music industry on his instagram page on Friday, September 11, writing:
“Shout out to everyone who uses Kelly Hansome as an example of failed artistes ??, you have chosen the path that leads to nothing but regret and low self esteem; all the fake ass pussy promoters who act like they support real music & musicians but really don’t do nothing but hate & talk smack because their ass kissing selfs are scared of the inevitable; them Gwuan like dem a empower the youth man dem while they’re actually nothing but selfish masterminds of talent exploitation. You really should be ashamed of yourself if you fall into this category because you’re neither hot nor cold. You’re a sellout!!! They probably won’t tell you but I will for free. Now to all my #DJs who keep it real & unbiased, I burn 1 for you meeehn. I salute your bravery, thank you for staying real to yourself and yourselves. Let’s do what em other fake niggas are scared to do. Let’s whip it!!! #YRF #Movement #omenwannebykellyhansome #BounceAlongByKellyHansome #BabaOlowoOnRepeat”
Kelly was formerly signed to Kennis Music and has had his fair share of face-offs with music peers such as Wande Coal and M.I.
