Two Nigerian musicians have been nominated in the Best African Act category of the 2015 edition of the prestigious BET Awards; Starboy Wizkid and ‘Johnny’ singer Yemi Alade.
Other African acts that were nominated include Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2015 Artiste Of The Year, Stonebwoy, alongside his compatriot and previous winner, Sarkodie.
Congolese Fally Ipupa as well as THE SOIL and AKA, both from South Africa were also nominated in the same category. (FULL LIST HERE)
