Former One Direction singer Zayn Malik released a new single on Tuesday, less than a week after he announced he was leaving the band. “I Won’t Mind” is an acoustic ballad produced by UK producer Naughty Boy. The soulful, and bare tune seems to be the launch of Malik’s solo career, which coincides with an interview he gave saying he planned to “write, relax, and chill” now that he is on his own.
