The G-Unit general has apologized for mocking a 19-year-old man named Andrew Farrell, who suffers from autism and Asperger’s syndrome.

In a video posted on social media, the rapper accused the teen of being inebriated. However, he did not realize that Farrell, who works as a janitor at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, had a disability.

“While the incident at the airport resulted from an unfortunate misunderstanding, I am truly sorry for offending the young man,” Fif told Page Six. “It was certainly not my intent to insult him or the disability community, which is a source of great strength in America. I have apologized personally to him and his family.”

TMZ reported that Farrell’s family was planning to sue 50 for harassment, though steep lawyer fees were a hindrance. However, a family attorney told Page Six that the teenager’s family “only wants a sincere apology from Mr. Jackson.”

“The Cincinnati area loves Mr. Jackson and his work,” attorney Matthew J. Hammer said in a statement. “I think it can only be mutually beneficial if he is willing to offer an apology to Andrew and his family.”
