Singer-rapper Akon is selling his Georgia mansion for less than he purchased it for back in 2007.
The “Beautiful” singer wants $2.59 million for the Sandy Springs home, which spans 14,994 square feet and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home went on the market on Tuesday, according to the listing.
Akon bought the house for $2.685 million, according to the listing. The two-story mansion comes with a variety of features, including two guest houses and two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The property also has a tennis court and a racquetball/basketball half court.
The home, built in 1990, does need some roof repairs before it is at 100 percent, with the roof causing ceiling issues in several rooms, according to the listing.
The gated community the home is located in has 24-hour security.
