Brandy is in stable condition and recovering after a health scare on a Delta Air Lines flight from Los Angeles to New York.
Flight attendants and passengers reportedly tried to help the R&B superstar, who had fallen unconscious on the plane. Before takeoff, L.A. City Fire Dept. and paramedics removed the 38-year-old from the aircraft, according to TMZ.
Brandy reportedly regained consciousness and was treated on the jetway before being transported to the hospital.
It’s unclear what caused her complications. Just hours before the health scare, Brandy shared a video of herself playing tennis. “#EarlierToday with Bestie/Coach #Shabaz #Sanity,” she captioned the video.

Brandy has been released from the hospital and is currently recovering at home. In a tweeted statement, her camp says that her busy schedule led to exhaustion.
“Brandy has been released from the hospital and is now at home resting,” the statement read. “She has been traveling extensively as part of an ongoing tour and several personal appearances. In recent days she has taken more than 10 long haul flights including internationally. She was in the studio all night last night until it was time for her to leave for the airport to catch a 5:45 am flight.”
