Chris Brown’s ongoing dispute with his daughter Royalty’s mother Nia Guzman continues. On Tuesday (May 24), the two parties met in court in a legal battle over Brown’s visitation rights.

Guzman has claimed that Brown is an unfit parent in need of a monitor because of his alleged smoking and gang links. However, the judge has ruled in favor of Brown on this issue (as per TMZ).

As a result, the parents will continue to have joint legal and physical custody and Breezy will continue to have his daughter 12 days a month, unmonitored.

Guzman is still seeking additional funds for child support. She’s asking for $16,000 a month, a raise from the current $2,500 a month. That wasn’t discussed during Tuesday’s court date.

This follows another recent dispute the parents have had over Royalty, which unfolded on social media. Brown accused Guzman of dressing their 2-year-old like a 16-year-old. She fired back, writing, “U need to go pray.”

Earlier this month, Brown threw his daughter a Flintstones-themed party for her second birthday at his house.
