Rising star Humblesmith during a recent interview with Pulse TV, revealed how he was faced with some challenges and how he didn’t give up in the face of the troubles.
He talked about how he almost gave up on his dreams and how he had to seek the face of God, but close relatives gave him the needed encouragement and how he was asked to thank God for his situation presently regardless, which gave him the motivation to make ‘Osinachi’ meaning ‘From God’, which brought him to limelight.
“…I came back, nothing was happening, no show, no money, the thing was so frustrating, and I was asking myself if maybe I have been making a mistake, maybe I’ve been doing the wrong thing thinking music is for me, I prayed I fasted, I went to church, but this particular day I went to church, and I was like asking God, my mates are now graduates, me am here doing music, it’s not paying, what’s up, what’s happening, If it’s wrong thing for me, tell me let me drop, people were like I should go back to the village, so right there in the church came into my mind that I should stop complaining, I’m still young that I have everything I need, God has done so much for me, I should thank God and encourage others, so right there thinking about thanking God for what He has done for me, Osinachi just popped out” said Humblesmith.
