The 21-year-old pop star rang in 2016 with the 19-year-old model during a PDA-filled Caribbean getaway on Saint Barthélemy. ‘Justin and Hailey were making out for everyone to see at a New Year’s Eve party thrown by Richie Akiva,’ a source told TMZ.
