Chris Brown’s ongoing beef with Soulja Boy reportedly started over Karrueche Tran. Now, she’s addressing the feud and facing backlash from Breezy in the process.
With an Instagram comment about the situation, Karrueche called the broiling dispute “ridiculous” before addressing Brown’s claim that he made her feel as though she was “poppin” with his recent “still want it” comment.
“You know what makes me feel poppin?” she wrote. “Getting up and going to set.. walking in my apartment and seeing my Emmy with my name on it.. giving away shoes and feeding the less fortunate..being able to provide for my family with my own $$..that’s what makes me feel good about myself. I been chillen…working..eating my veggies..hitting these squats and minding my own business and that’s exactly how I want to keep it.”
Brown didn’t take kindly to this comment, lashing out with a lengthy all caps post on Instagram. “NONE ASKED FOR THIS OPINION,” he wrote. “IT AINT OVER YOU!! GIRL KEEP THE FAME YOU GOT AND STAY CLASSY! THIS MAN RANDOMLY STARTED THIS, NOW U GASSED!!! PLUGGING WHAT U GOT GOING ON!! HOW DO WE KNOW U AGAIN!”
He continued, calling her a “DUMBASS” who lives in a “DREAM WORLD” and saying that her friends are only her friends because she was once “CHRIS BROWNS GIRL.” He added: “THE OTHER FRIENDS YOU STILL TALK TO…. I F**KED.”
Karrueche simply responded by posting a photo of her aforementioned Emmy on the ‘Gram. “Looking forward to many more blessings going into the new year! Work hard, play hard,” she wrote. “#2017.”
