Meek Mill has finally completed his house arrest sentence as he was spotted with his beau, Nicki Minaj at Beyonce’s formation world tour in Philadelphia. Dj Khaled was also at the concert, with Khaled bringing out Meek Mill and Rick Ross to perform as the opening act.
Jay Z was also at the concert to support his wife Beyonce.
