Report has it that, Kingsley Elikpo better known as DJ Zeez, has been dragged to court over breach of contract.

Few weeks back, Zeez’s record label, HF Records threatened to deal with a promoter who wanted to host Zeez in Houston, Texas.

The record label claims Zeez’s case is still in court and no show promoter, organizers et al, should work with him.

Zeez who has been served the court processes, including the motion for injunction to restrain the singer from performing at shows and engaging in music-related business with other persons or firm might have violated the law.

The singer who used to share videos of himself performing at different shows told the court that he didn’t perform at any show without the label’s consent.

According to a close source, Zeez is not fit to be an artiste because he’s wasting the label’s time and resources.

The source said, “Zeez acts more like a model than a recording artist due to lack of focus, dedication and commitment to his craft. “It sometimes appear as though he has lost the drive and is simply wasting the label’s time and resources. A one-page apology letter he wrote to the label earlier in the year in which he admitted to gross misconduct testifies to this fact,”
