Chris Brown‘s joint custody victory in court on Friday, September 11, regarding one-year-old daughter, Royalty, could be under threat according to new reports.
TMZ gathers that on the day of the ruling, Chris was asked by his baby mama, Nia Guzman‘s lawyer to donate his hair and urine samples on the spot to undergo a drug test, which the judge approved.
The publication also reports that Chris’ custody ruling has an attached clause that his mother must be present during his four-day custody of Royalty.
It is however unclear what measures of punishment the singer would have to put-up with if the drug tests come out positive.
The disagreeing parents (Nia and Chris) were also given a 12-day period to reach an agreement on child support and a long-term custody.
